Neo-eclectic home
Neo-eclectic architecture is a kind of architectural style that has influenced residential building construction in North America in the later part of the 20th century and early part of the 21st. It is a contemporary version of Architectural Revivalism that has perennially occurred since Neoclassical architecture developed in the mid 18th century.

Before I began to model, I researched more about the nuances of neo-eclectic architecture and the blueprints that were available to me. Using the real estate website Zillow, I was able to find a blueprint for a home that represented this kind of architecture quite well (pictured left).
Final product
After modeling the locomotive, I exported the .skp model as a .dae file, which I uploaded to Sketchfab, where I can adjust lighting, materials, and post-processing to get a realistic real-time render of my model.
